- All descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice at the sole discretion of Cilvira.
- Prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes, unless specified otherwise.
Orders & Payments
- Cilvira reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. This may include suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, or insufficient product availability.
- Payments must be made through approved payment gateways listed on the website/app. Cilvira is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party payment processors.
- In case of failed payments but debited amounts, customers must contact their bank/payment provider directly.
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping timelines are estimated and may vary based on location, courier partner, or external factors beyond Cilvira’s control.
- Customers will be provided with a tracking ID once the order has been dispatched.
- Cilvira is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen events.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to successful inspection and submission of the return packaging video (with product, invoice, and authenticity certificate).
- Personalized and Made-To-Order products are not eligible for return, unless defective.
- Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Additional Terms For Silver Jewellery
- 30-Day Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to inspection and submission of the return packaging video (with original product, invoice, and authenticity certificate). Personalized and Made-To-Order products are excluded unless defective.
- Non-Receipt/Empty Box Claims: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video showing the sealed package.
- No Buyback Policy: Cilvira does not offer buyback on silver jewellery.
- No Warranty Policy: Cilvira does not provide any warranty on silver jewellery.
- Plating Service: Complimentary lifetime re-plating service on silver jewellery purchased from Cilvira (website, app, or stores), valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
- Weight Variations: Product weights mentioned online are approximate. Final invoice weight is binding. Any refund or additional charges due to variation will be communicated within 48 hours of placing the order.
- Eligibility: To avail of returns or plating services, customers must present the original invoice (hard/soft copy) and authenticity certificate.
- Applicability: Only Cilvira products are eligible for returns and services. Products from other brands or retailers will not be accepted.
- Variation Clause: Up to 2% variation in weight, dimensions, or colour may occur compared to the online listing.
Intellectual Property
- All content on the Cilvira website/app, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Cilvira and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Cilvira content is strictly prohibited.
Liability Disclaimer
- Cilvira will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Cilvira is not responsible for product misuse, customer negligence, or third-party service provider failures.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
