Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

You can return or exchange your product within 7 days of delivery if it’s unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by invoice & certificate.

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
No, customised or engraved jewellery is not eligible for returns or refunds.

Product & Warranty

Yes! All our pieces are made from 925 sterling silver and come with a hallmark certificate.
All silver can naturally oxidize over time. Keep it away from perfumes, water, and chemicals. Store in a dry, air-tight box to maintain shine.
Yes, we offer a 6-month plating warranty covering manufacturing and plating defects.
Damage from misuse, exposure to chemicals, scratches, or regular wear and tear is not covered.

Exchange / Buyback

Yes! You can exchange or sell back your Cilvira jewellery anytime under our buyback program. Value is calculated based on current silver rates minus applicable charges.

Invoices & Certificates

Absolutely. Every Cilvira product is shipped with an authenticity certificate and hallmarked silver tag.
