Shipping Policy
Shipping Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Please note that personalised products take longer to process. If your order contains both personalised and non-personalised items, the shipment will be split, and non-personalised items will be delivered first.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all domestic orders above ₹449.
- Standard shipping charges apply for orders below ₹449
- International orders and return shipments are not eligible for free shipping.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via WhatsApp, Email, and SMS. If your order includes personalised or gold items along with other products, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
Returns Policy
30-Day Easy Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unworn items — no questions asked. However, please note that returns are not applicable for the following items:
- Personalised jewellery
(Exceptions apply only for defective or spurious products.)
Cilvira reserves the right to inspect the returned item before processing a refund. If you purchased a Cilvira product through a third-party platform or retail store, their respective return policies will apply.
Note: Any shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable in case of returns.
Missing Items in Returns
In cases where a customer claims to have returned multiple products but the actual pickup doesn’t include all said items, Cilvira reserves the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing item(s) from the refund amount. This includes promotional items or free gifts like silver coins or accessories.
Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Replacement & Exchange
You can request a replacement or exchange as per your preference, subject to the same conditions as returns. Replacements will be shipped only after the initial return is received and verified.
Return Process
1. You can initiate a return request directly through the Cilvira website or app.
2. Alternatively, contact our Customer Support Team for guidance.
3. Once your return is booked, please be available for the pickup and respond to calls from the delivery partner.
- If you are unavailable or calls go unanswered, the pickup may be cancelled and will need to be re-initiated, causing a delay.
Non-Serviceable Pin Codes
While most pin codes are serviceable for both delivery and reverse pickup, some locations may only be forward-serviceable.
In such cases:
- You may be asked to self-ship the return using a reliable courier like India Post.
- Cilvira will reimburse up to ₹70 for the shipping cost.
- If shipping charges exceed ₹70, the balance amount will be deducted from your refund.
Empty Parcel / Missing Product Claims
If you receive an empty parcel or missing product, please contact Cilvira Support within 48 hours of delivery.
We require a 360° unboxing video showing the sealed package for claim verification. Incomplete evidence or visible tampering may lead to the claim being declined. Cilvira reserves the right to take the final decision on such cases.
